BUDDHISM

Buddhism emerged over 2,500 years ago in ancient India, founded by Siddhartha Gautama, known as the Buddha. It is a spiritual practice and philosophy exploring suffering, inner peace, wisdom and compassion. Its core teachings include the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path. It advocates mindfulness, loving-kindness, acceptance of impermanence, non-attachment, responsible karma and meditation, guiding people to calm the mind and live with greater awareness.

About BUDDHA

Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, embodied noble virtues that serve as timeless inspiration. He was profoundly compassionate, endlessly patient, humble and wise. Having walked through suffering himself, he treated all beings equally without discrimination. He was truthful, self-disciplined, and free from greed, anger and prejudice. Instead of claiming divinity, he acted as a thoughtful teacher, guiding others toward awakening through gentle, practical teachings.
